empower you to be one of the sole surviving ISPs in the world, while others 
will be wondering where they went wrong.

ISP & HOSTING COMPANY OWNERS

If you own an existing ISP or Hosting Company, please pay close attention to the details on this page. The Wireless Internet Service we're about to launch is going to have a serious impact on your company and will determine the ability to remain in business for almost all. Although you may think this is a very bold statement on our behalf, we hope you appreciate the fact that ItsYourNet does not want to see existing and well established ISP and Hosting Companies fall.

This is reflected by how low priced we have made this Branded ISP option available to you, and our sincerity for you to retain your existing Customers. 

The price of the T-1 Wireless Internet service is anticipated to be $19.95 per month, and given that "ItsYourNet" has a free 2-Tier Affiliate Program, becoming a Branded ISP is only able to be done through our Independent Affiliate Representatives.

As a result of our business model, our Independent Affiliate Representatives receive reward in the form of monthly commissions in direct association with the amount of Customers the Branded ISPs have active on the service. 

Thus, requests to register as a Branded ISP directly with "ItsYourNet" will be denied.

With an anticipated $4.00 per month being allocated to commissions from every Customer on the $19.95 T-1 service, the split in terms of dollars would be; the Sponsor of the Affiliate who refers a Branded ISP would receive $0.25 cents per month for every Customer the Branded ISP has active on the service, the referring Affiliate would receive $0.75 cents per month for every Customer the Branded ISP has active on the service, and the Branded ISP would receive $3.00 per month for every Customer they have active on the service.

Tier-1 = $0.25 cents per Customer (Sponsor of the Referring Affiliate)

Tier-2 = $0.75 cents per Customer (Referring Affiliate registering the Branded ISP)

Branded ISP = 75% / $3.00 per Customer per month

In order to become your own Branded ISP, you will need the basics of a new Domain Name for "ItsYourNet" to set the Branded ISP page/interface on (We host this new domain), and of course start-up capital to open your Branded ISP business. 

Furthermore, although the WiFi Corp. will handle Customer and Technical Support that is directly related to its services, you will also require your own Support and Technical Personnel in order to provide other kinds of support to your Customers, that's inherent to the ISP industry. 

The one-time License Fee to open a Branded ISP business through our Network is $1,449.95.

The only other fees involved for Branded ISPs are on those who have 999 active Customers or less, in any given month, a maintenance fee of $149.95 will be charged. This is required to cover Webmaster time/costs for implementing changes to your Branded ISP page/interface; specifically, changes that the Branded ISP requests to be made for sales of advertising space, or require corrections to be made thereto. 

The monthly fee is waived when a Branded ISP maintains 1,000 or more active Customers.  Branded ISPs are not geographically limited to where they can offer service.  Where ever there is availability, your company will be able to offer Wireless T-1 service.

Certain restrictions* apply to both Branded ISPs and Affiliates alike, some of which are:

BRANDED ISP RESTRICTIONS*

• Branded ISPs are not allowed to signup for ItsYourNet's Affiliate Program;
• A Branded ISP is only able to make Retail/Direct Sales to end-user Customers.
• Branded ISPs should have an existing Customer-base of Hosted and/or ISP Customers.
• A Branded ISP must have an existing Customer Service infrastructure established;
• The WiFi Corp. will only handle support related issues to do with their services.
• Branded ISP registrations must be submitted by the primary owner, officer, employer, or authorized decision maker of the parent company. Any other type of deceptive or fraudulent submission may cause all entities to be denied. 
• Branded ISPs must abide by ItsYourNet and WiFi Corp. policies, procedures, and terms.
• Branded ISPs cannot raise or lower the price of the product(s).
• Branded ISPs must offer the WiFi router's plug-n-play IP Telephony product at $9.95;
• Earnings on the projected IP Telephony $9.95 price are anticipated to be $4.00.
• Branded ISP is paid $3.00 of the anticipated $4.00 per active IP Telephony Customer.
• Branded ISPs can not add charge for equipment, service, or installation fee to Customer.
• there are no equipment fees charged for the router by the WiFi Corp. or ItsYourNet,
• no installation required, the router is shipped with Fire-wire/USB port instruction.
• A Branded ISP can offer ad-space (for sale)** on sections of the provided page/interface***.
• The Branded ISP's Customers will be billed on a monthly basis directly from the WiFi Corp.

AFFILIATE RESTRICTIONS*

• ItsYourNet Affiliates are not able to register as a Branded ISP.
• Affiliates who register Branded ISPs can not; including, but not limited to;
• be a family member, relative, or employee of any Branded ISP
• hold any financial interest in or with any Branded ISP
• be a product or service supplier for any Branded ISP
• be a product or service customer of any Branded ISP
